Behavior coaching for children

Behavior coaching guides children in improving problematic behavior to communicate with their family and meet established goals.

Behavior Coaching for Children offers assistance in:

  • Changing specific behavior patterns to meet the goals of the family

  • Addressing the meaning behind the specified behavior

  • Determining and implementing successful replacement behaviors

  • Discovering a child’s hidden strengths

  • Utilizing coping skills and communication skills

With behavior coaching, there is no diagnosis from your coach. Coaching is not therapy and coaches will refer parents and children to appropriate services, such as psychotherapy, if needed.
