  • Dr. McLachlan

    Dr. Katherine Roxie McLachlan is a Licensed Psychologist in Alberta (#6860). Driven by an unwavering passion for understanding and supporting neurodivergence, she specializes in providing comprehensive assessment services for children and adults. With a commitment to enhancing the well-being and potential of her clients, Dr. McLachlan brings a wealth of expertise to the field of psychology, fostering a brighter future for those she serves.

  • Carey

    Hailing from a background marked by educational challenges and a diverse career path, Carey is an Executive Functioning Coach who found her calling after a personal ADHD diagnosis that reshaped her self-understanding. Now a certified coach from ADDCA, she leverages her experiences to help others with ADHD reimagine their potential and navigate life with newfound self-compassion. Carey is passionate about guiding individuals towards a fulfilling life, redefined relationships, and achieving their goals.

  • Jean

    Jean, our dedicated administrative assistant, plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office. With a keen eye for detail and organizational prowess, Jean is the backbone of our paperwork processes, streamlining administrative tasks with efficiency. Beyond her role in maintaining order, Jean welcomes visitors with a warm greeting, embodying a friendly and professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to excellent service.

    Mambu is one of our two dedicated administrative assistants. She comes from a background of clerical work in healthcare and giving back to the community and helping others is her passion. Having dealt with the daily challenges of ADHD herself, Mambu sympathizes with each individual’s mental health journey and welcomes them to Cohesion Psychology with warmth and kindness.

    Freddy is a dedicated assistant at Cohesion Psychology, known for his exceptional skills in working with LGBTQ+ youth and his proficiency in web design. With a compassionate and understanding approach, he provides vital support to young individuals navigating the complexities of their mental health journey. Freddy’s dual talents, both in psychology and web design, allow him to create safe, inclusive digital spaces that facilitate connection, understanding, and growth for all who seek help and information through Cohesion Psychology's online presence.

    Andrea, a dedicated student at Cohesion, is fluent in both French and English, leveraging her linguistic skills to contribute effectively to the organization's mission. Passionate about making a positive impact, Andrea focuses on assisting children and adults dealing with ADHD and autism.
